Industrial drone filming
Factories and distribution centres, outside and inside
Drone filming for industry and logistics
Industrial sites and distribution centres are impressively large, but hard to capture from the ground. Combining aerial footage with indoor FPV shots lets you show both the scale and the process: from the outside of the site to a smooth flight along the production line. Drone Chiefs has filmed for Domino Printing, Cartor Printing, Royal Brinkman and AEB Amsterdam, among others. Looking for a complete film? Have a look at our corporate video with drone footage.
Outside and inside in one video
The strength lies in the combination. Outside, the drone shows the site, the location and the logistics. Inside, a compact FPV drone flies through halls, warehouses and production areas.
• Corporate videos and client presentations
• Recruitment videos that show where people will work
• Aerial footage of business sites and distribution centres
• FPV tours through production environments and warehouses
Flying at industrial sites and critical infrastructure
Many industrial sites lie in a port area, near critical infrastructure or in controlled airspace. The Open category is not allowed in Dutch seaports. Drone Chiefs flies in the Specific category, under our own Operational Authorisation from the Dutch Human Environment and Transport Inspectorate (ILT), and coordinates every flight with the site owner.
Indoors, airspace rules don't apply. We do agree in advance with the safety coordinator on walking routes, machinery and the moments when we can fly.

Frequently asked questions about industrial drone filming
Can you film during production?
Yes, by arrangement. We decide in advance which routes are safe and film busy areas at quiet moments.
Can a drone fly inside a distribution centre?
Indoors, airspace rules don't apply. With small FPV drones we fly safely through halls and warehouses, in consultation with your safety coordinator.
Do you also film in port areas?
Yes. We fly in the Specific category and arrange permission from the port authority and the site owner.
Get in touch for a no-obligation quote
Feel free to get in touch for a no-obligation quote for aerial filming, FPV footage or a full video production.
Include the location of your project with your request. That way we can check straight away which airspace it falls in and whether extra permits or flight preparation are needed. Based on that we give you a clear quote. Productions start from €750.
It also helps to briefly describe the project and whether you only need aerial footage or a complete production including editing. Think corporate films, commercials, FPV footage or social media content.
That way we can think along quickly and send you a quote that fits your plans and your production.
