Luxury villa drone filming
Exclusive real estate, captured cinematically
Drone filming for luxury villas and exclusive real estate
With exclusive real estate you buy a location, a view and a feeling. That is best shown from the air. Drone Chiefs makes cinematic aerial footage and FPV tours of luxury villas, estates and special homes, for estate agents, developers and owners. One example is our film of the Hollywood Mansion in Camps Bay, Cape Town: aerial footage that brings together the villa's location, architecture and view in a single film. We also made real estate videos in Greece, combining aerial and FPV footage. That film came about during a work trip through South Africa. Along the way we approached several villas with an offer to film their property. After seeing our portfolio, the owner of the Hollywood Mansion was immediately on board, and a few days later we were already filming. The two of us handled the aerial footage and the ground camera work in a single shoot day.
What we capture
A strong property film combines overview, detail and experience.
• Aerial shots of the location, the surroundings and the view
• FPV tours that fly smoothly from outside to inside
• Gardens, pools and terraces from above
• Shots at sunrise or sunset for the best atmosphere
• Footage for estate agents, international property portals and social media
Discreet, also abroad
With luxury real estate, privacy comes first. We agree in advance what can and cannot be shown, take neighbours and residents into account and treat the location and the footage confidentially.
Drone Chiefs carries out drone operations throughout Europe and has also filmed in South Africa. For every location we arrange permission and flight preparation according to the rules of the country. In the Netherlands we fly under our own Operational Authorisation from the Dutch Human Environment and Transport Inspectorate (ILT).

Get in touch for a no-obligation quote
Feel free to get in touch for a no-obligation quote for aerial filming, FPV footage or a full video production.
Include the location of your project with your request. That way we can check straight away which airspace it falls in and whether extra permits or flight preparation are needed. Based on that we give you a clear quote. Productions start from €750.
It also helps to briefly describe the project and whether you only need aerial footage or a complete production including editing. Think corporate films, commercials, FPV footage or social media content.
That way we can think along quickly and send you a quote that fits your plans and your production.
